Shipping and Returns

  1. Order Processing:

Upon receipt of your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping duration. Once processing is complete, you'll promptly receive a tracking number. Do note that the tracking information will update once USPS receives the package and processes it through their system.

  1. Shopping Cart Items:

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee stock availability for items in your shopping cart. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll notify you via email. During the purchase process, available shipping methods and their respective costs will be displayed.

  1. Return Policy:

We do not accept returns unless an item is deemed defective or an incorrect item was received. Customers are responsible for shipping the return back to us at their own cost. The return must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service team via email at cc.unboxedstreetwear@gmail.com.  Should we have sent an incorrect item, we reserve the right to refuse returns for damaged, worn, or altered items. Items not meeting our resale criteria will be disposed of unless requested otherwise at the customer's expense.

  1. Refunds:

Upon receiving and verifying the returned item against our policy, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to deny refunds or charge restocking fees for items returned without original tags or packaging.
